I recently had such a positive experience at 'studio 2b' that I forced myself to take the time to provide feedback to the Yelp community. First of all, I'm a customer service super-freak! I have very high expectations of the way businesses should treat and serve their 'hopefully' valued customers and prospects. Studio 2b more than exceeded my expectations. Samantha and Allen Bates, the owners of Studio 2b, should give seminars on how to run a business. If they did I would send my management team and employees to learn from them. Yes, my experience was 'that' positive. I am in the process of doing research for my next new build. This will be my ﬁrst contemporary home so I had 'lots' of questions. I tend to be an information sponge before purchasing anything new. I'm very methodical in my information gathering as I prefer to eliminate as many surprises (i.e. disappointments) as possible before I start the design and construction process. Samantha and Allen answered my 100's of questions with aplomb. They simply love to share their passion and experience with high end contemporary kitchen & bath design and home furnishings. They were extremely patient with me, always taking the time to thoroughly demonstrate every cabinet, appliance, bell & whistle and piece of furniture I inquired about. The 'studio 2b' showroom is chock-full of leading-edge displays and merchandise, well-planned, organized and squeaky clean. All things that are important to me. If you're in the market for a very cool contemporary kitchen or bath, or maybe just shopping for the perfect modern chair and reading lamp, stop by the Studio 2b showroom for a visit. I promise you it will be worth it.
